DAY 2

Well I went to the gym last night, woohoo! I was so proud of myself. I took an extra half hour before picking up my son and stopped in.

It was amazing how good that made me feel last night!! I'm going to do it again tonight....I don't have to pick up my son until 6pm and I usually get there at 5pm, an extra 1/2 hour won't hurt right???

Focus this week and next is on the gym. I'll get to the food next. But I want to really get into a routine of gym time at least 3 times a week. Even if it's 30 minutes that is ok. Just the act of going is what I'm focusing on right now!
